Meet the Teacher 2019
We would like to invite you to come to school for a Meet the Teacher session. This year we will have a specific focus on maths to help you further support your child at home.
Where? Your own child’s classroom (or partner class if teachers are doing a joint presentation).
When? Wednesday 25 September 4-4.30pm and 4.30-5pm (There are two sessions to allow parents/carers with more than one child in school to attend different presentations).
What’s it all about? We will be giving you important information about your child’s learning, including:
- The curriculum your child will be engaging with this year
- Teaching methods used to engage pupils in their learning
- Maths information and a chance to learn and discuss terminology – from S.E.A.L to Big Maths
- Information about the homework your child will be bringing home.
See you then!
